Absolutely. After your initial evaluation, all ongoing medication management appointments are conducted via secure telemedicine. We serve San Jose, Oakland, Berkeley, and all Bay Area communities statewide. In-person consultations may be required from time to time depending on clinical needs.
What should I bring to my in-person evaluation?
Please bring a valid photo ID, any insurance card you have (though insurance isn't required), and any relevant medical records or previous ADHD evaluations. We'll collect a detailed developmental and symptom history during your appointment, so it helps to think about your ADHD history beforehand.
